Training Packages


Each training package consists of a workout program unique to your goals and body type. Clients are provided with an initial assessment to determine fitness goals and skill level. All programs include a postural assessment, body composition analysis, and nutritional guidance. Specific meal plans are available upon request. Your trainer will continuously monitor your progress and modify your program to help you achieve your fitness goals!

NEW! 1/2 hour training sessions

Looking for a more specific, time-efficient workout?  We now offer you HALF HOUR SESSIONS!  40$ per session (minimum 12 sessions).  Call us for more information (514) 457-4111

Train Together! Exercise and spend quality time with friends, family and loved ones!  Packages of 6 - 48 sessions available.

  • Home Program
    • Now you can have all the perks of personal training, in the comfort of your home!
    • Home programs consist of 3 sessions including your assessment, nutritional analysis, body composition test, and 2 training sessions 1 week apart to introduce your fitness program.

    • Clients meet with their trainer on a weekly basis in the comfort of their own home (subject to region)

MUSCLE UP TRAINING CLUB

Get all the tools and information you need to get fit at home!

Muscle Up Training Club is an opportunity for people who do not want to come to a facility but would rather work out at home. The Training Club is a one-of-a-kind training concept which features the following: an initial fee of 99$ includes a biomechanical assessment in order to design your personalized program AND your home fitness toolbox – which features resistance tubes, a door attachment and a stability ball.

Each month for one year, at a cost of 89$ a month, members of the Club will meet with their trainer at Muscle Up Training Centre for a program change.
