The difference between a regular gym and Muscle Up in Baie D'urfe is the one to one personal training. Going to a regular gym is like going to a big pool of machinery not knowing where to start. Since I am familiar with running, I chose the treadmill for 15 years and avoided anything else. At one point, weight was not coming down and I was not feeling satisfied with my body so I joined Muscle Up in Baie d'Urfé. Frances, the personal trainer at Muscle Up has taught me many challenging exercises that are necessary for me to tone my body and made me a great program for "my body" and the goals that I want to reach. I started training at Muscle Up due to ongoing issues with my back and to acquire more energy through training.
