Metabolic Circuit Training
A fast paced, fun filled class designed to improve muscular endurance, burn calories and experience exercises you would never do on your own!
Power Flo Yoga
A perfect blend of strength and flexibility. Steve Maier has his own special style of taking yoga to another level. Try it once and you are hooked! The classes go for ten weeks and you can start at any time. This class is not for beginners. Drop-in once is recommended at no charge to see if it is suitable.
Zumba® Basic Class
The Zumba® Fitness program is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that's moving millions of people toward joy and health. The Zumba® Basic class features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats, such as, salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton. You don't have to know how to dance, just move your body to the music and follow the instructors lead. Before participants know it, they're getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! Every class is fun, feels like a party and will keep you in shape and put a smile on your face.
Zumba® Gold Class
The Zumba® Gold class targets the largest growing segment of the population: baby boomers. It takes the Zumba® formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are the elements the Zumba® fitness-party is known for: the zesty Latin music, the exhilarating easy-to-follow moves and the invigorating party-like atmosphere. It's a fitness class that feels friendly and most of all, fun!

Our Programs
One on One
You train alone with your trainer for a full hour where close attention is paid to proper form and exercising to your full potential.
Buddy or Partner Training
Train with another person and save money. Some poeple enjoy the motivation of another person and prefer to spend less money. The session is one hour.
SGPT: Small Group Personal Training
Train with a minimum of 3 poeple in a group setting, there is no assessment included. One hour. Benefit from working with a personal trainer while saving money.
Youth Conditioning
This is a small group taught by Rob Turcotte. It is highly recommended for adolescents aged 6 to 16 to begin working on agility, fine motor skills, and balance and coordination. This is a perfect opportunity to benefit from working with a professional trainer while at the same time enjoying the motivation of a group setting.

Youth Conditioning Program at Muscle Up
Of particular interest to me, as a pediatrician, is the state of the physical health of our children. With TV, game consoles and internet, our youth is becoming "old before their time". I fear that the health problems we face as a society today will be multifold in the not too distance future. In my practice, I see overweight children everyday and sad to say, there is often a large degree of apathy and denial amongst the parents.
Postural issues are astounding. When I ask the older children to bend over and touch their toes when assessing for scoliosis, the vast majority cannot reach their toes. Our children are already stiff, overweight and out of shape!
In response to these concerns, Muscle Up undertook last summer to start a Youth Conditioning Program in which two of my children participated. The aim was to introduce youngsters to overall strength, core-muscle toning and endurance. It was highly successful but higher enrollment numbers are required to keep this invaluable program going. In addition, Muscle Up is one of the only training centers that I know regularly trains children and teenagers on an individual basis. Kudos to the team at Muscle Up!

The Program For Life "Feel the change"
This program is a group support weight loss program that
incorporates dietary recommendations with exercise
strategies to promote long term health, a proper weight and
permanent lifestyle changes. This is accomplished through
teaching how our bodies really function and what is needed
for our organs and glands to perform well to promote a strong
digestion system and metabolism.
There are too many dated and flawed dietary
recommendations out there leading to confusion and
incorrect eating habits along with improper or no exercise
protocols. If you are open minded, tired of being stuck in the
same rut, and would love to experience feeling great, this program is for you!

Use of the Facility (no trainer)
New this year, we are offering use of our facility for a monthly fee at quiet times. This is daily from 1:00 p.m. to closing hours (excluding Saturdays). You do not have a personal trainer but this fee does include a program with monthly changes.
Half-Hour Sessions
If the one hour is not within your budget or time is an issue, the half hour sessions can be the way to go. If the sessions are only used once a week, use of the facility is limited to off-peak hours.
In-Home Training
We can bring the training to your home, equipment included. If time or young children keep you from coming to us, we can.come to your home. We even have the portable equipment necessary for you to get a good variety of exercises.
Travel Workouts
If you require a program to do elsewhere or while you travel, we have the right tools for you and can create a detailed workout to take with you.
