Our objective at Muscle Up is to help all individuals (from youths to seniors) attain their goals, be it weight loss, weight gain, strength and conditioning, or simply good health. Lifestyle behaviour changes and weight loss have and are being achieved through the custom designed programs at Muscle Up.  All programs include a postural assessment, body composition analysis, and nutritional guidance. Specific meal plans are available upon request.
